Cecilia
Wells is a Director of Astar Management Consultants Limited. She is
an experienced Human Resources Consultant and has worked with clients
in the private, public and voluntary sectors over the past ten years
in equality and diversity policy development and implementation,
management development, training needs analysis, training design
and delivery.
Her
other work experience includes three years teaching, nine years
in Human Resource Management with the former British Leyland, and
seven years with Manpower plc working as a Branch Manager then as
Management Development Manager for the UK.
Cecilia
is a qualified teacher, a business studies graduate, and has a BSc
Honours (2.1) in Psychology. She is Graduate Member of the British
Psychological Society and has a PhD on insitutional racisim from the University of London.
She has an Advanced Diploma in the application of Personal Construct
Psychology in Organisations.
