Cecilia Wells is a Director of Astar Management
Consultants Limited. She is an experienced Human Resources Consultant
and has worked with clients in the private, public and voluntary
sectors over the past ten years in equality and diversity policy
development and implement, management development, training needs
analysis, training design and delivery.
Her other work experience includes three years
teaching, nine years in Human Resource Management with the former
British Leyland, and seven years with Manpower plc working as a
Branch Manager then as Manaement Development Manager for the UK.
Cecilia is a qualified teacher, a business
studies graduate, and has a PhD and a BSc Honours in Psychology.
She is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society.
She has a Diploma in the advanced applications of Personal
Construct Psychology in organisational development and
change and is a qualified assessor in psychometric tests.
She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
